Columns, done columns and WIP limits
Shape the board to how your team works.
Manage columns from the board: rename, reorder, add, collapse or delete. When you delete a column, its tasks move to another column you choose.
Done columns mark tasks as completed (with the completion date) as soon as they arrive.
WIP limit: the maximum number of tasks a column should hold. When it's exceeded, the column header warns you. It doesn't block anyone — it's a signal.
Stale tasks: a card that stays in the same column longer than the number of days you set is flagged, so nothing gets quietly stuck.
