What counts as a member
Owners, admins and members count. Guests don't.
People with the role owner, admin or member count. Guests don't count. Pending invitations count once they're sent.
When the price changes: going from 5 to 6 members (or 10 to 11 on Team, 25 to 26 on Business) raises the price. When an admin invites the person that causes it, Moxboard shows the current and the new price and asks for confirmation. On confirm, the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged right away.
Removing people: the lower price applies from the next billing period.
