Email notifications and the daily summary
How email notifications work, and what to do if they don't arrive.
Moxboard sends one email per event, and groups several changes to the same task when they happen close together.
The daily summary arrives at 8:00 on weekdays with your tasks due today and overdue. Turn it on or off in the notifications grid.
Not receiving emails?
- Check your spam folder and mark Moxboard as safe.
- Open the notifications grid and confirm the event is on for Email.
- Make sure you are not the person who made the change — you're never notified about your own actions.
