Get notifications in Slack
Direct messages from the Moxboard bot. Never posted in channels.
Available on Business
Slack notifications are part of the Business plan (and the trial).
- Open the account menu → Notifications (email / Slack).
- Click Connect my Slack account. We look you up in Slack by your email.
- If you use a different email in Slack, tick I use a different email on Slack and type it.
- You get a confirmation direct message from the Moxboard bot. A Slack column appears in the grid.
Each person connects their own account. Messages are always direct messages, never in channels.
"We couldn't find you in Slack": check that the email matches your Slack profile email, and that the Moxboard app is installed in your Slack workspace.
