Inactive Free workspaces
Free workspaces unused for 180 days are deleted.
A Free workspace with no activity for 180 days is deleted. Admins get an email warning at 150 days. Opening the workspace once is enough to keep it.
Paid workspaces are never deleted for inactivity. Export your data any time from the project header.
