Storage limits and extra storage
How much you can upload and how to get more.
Each file can be up to 100 MB. Total storage per workspace: 1 GB on Free, 20 GB on Team, 100 GB on Business.
Admins get a warning at 90%. At 100%, new uploads pause until you delete files or add storage.
Extra storage: on paid plans, add blocks of 50 GB for €5/month (€50/year) in Plan and billing → Extra storage.
Add or remove blocks: open Plan and billing, use + or − next to Extra storage and click Save.
- Adding: the space is available right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period.
- Removing: the space is removed right away and the lower price applies from your next invoice (no refund for the current period). You can't remove space you're still using — delete files first.
